Pilates and Reformer Pilates

Instructor:  Dana Neff

Focuses on total body strength, endurance and flexibility.  An emphasis on movement quality, posture and breathing makes Pilates a safe and revitalizing workout while challenging the body in a new way.  Promotes better posture, and increased strength and range of motion.

Yogalates

Instructor: Dana Neff

Yogalates is a workout that combines Yoga and classic Pilates movements.

POP Pilates

Instructor: Kendra Neff

POP Pilates is inspired by classical Pilates, and it’s a full-body cardio, strength and flexibility workout using nothing but your own bodyweight and a yoga mat. The program is entirely mat-based, although you do stand up during a few tracks.

Holy Yoga

Holy Yoga is led by Dana or Kendra. During Holy Yoga we move to Christian music and may focus on a scripture for the session.

Kendra also offers Trauma Sensitive Holy Yoga and Dana offers Yin Holy Yoga, Holy Yoga with weights as well as Holy Yoga with Touch.
